Do I need to connect a separate email provider/autoresponder?
Not at all! We are an All-In-One platform. No need for other 3rd party services or integrations. Just connect your domain. However, if you do have existing autoresponder accounts that you would like to integrate, you definitely can do so!
Who owns the data that I upload?
You ABSOLUTELY own 100% of the data that you upload to the site. Lead Automator DOES NOT have the right to contact any of your users or use any of your content for any reason.
Are there any contracts?
There are No contracts or long term commitments. You can cancel your Lead Automator subscription at any time, although we can't imagine why you would want to :-) . Just submit a request through our chat widget located at the bottom right of our website.
Can I host my own pages?
No. We are a hosted "Software As A Service Provider" that uses a platform powered by HighLevel. This means that you will get all the latest upgrades and new features so that none of your funnels, websites, membership sites, etc won't break, at no additional costs. However, you still have the ability to export your contact records at any time.
Do I have to pay separate fees for the texting and email?
No that's the awesome part! There are No separate monthly fees for your emails or texting. You will have a SMS/Email account attached to your subscription membership that acts like a Pre-paid account. You load the account with the dollar amount you want and when the texts and/or emails that you send draw the account down to 0 dollars, you reload your account. Ex. $10 will give you approximately 1265 texts or 1123 mins in calls or 14,104.
If I need to invoice customers on a recurring basis, can I set up automatic recurring payments?
With Lead Automator's recurring invoicing functionality, powered by HighLevel, you can set up recurring payments, determine payment frequency, add custom start and end dates, and pause payments when necessary.
